Friendship is Magic

My other ship is AppleDash... not as much as it used to be, but even if it isn't a romantic relationship, I still think they are great friends.

I have this whole long back story made up for them that I need to sit down and write one day.

This, however, is part of it. I picture them as younger than they are in the show, shortly after Dash starts staying around Ponyville instead of Cloudsdale. They know each other as acquaintances, but find themselves hanging out more and more. I kind of was trying to depict that instant, while Dash is just laughing away at some joke, that AJ is hit with the revelation that this is going to be a VIP in her life. But on the outside, it's just two friends talking.

No cutie marks cause I may or may not have been drawing this at work... on paint... with minimal references...
